A deep cellar

A deep cellar
An underground storage
Dusty , old, dark

Lights shining, peeping on the arch
Creeky wooden floors
Crooked wooden doors
Smell of old sheets lying on the furniture
Floor lit up near the window
Dark everywhere else
A vintage candelabrum
A broken chandelier
Some crystals hardly hanging
In the sunlight, swinging and twinkling
A soft tune on the piano
Fingerprints on the dusty keys
In the corner, a childhood memory
A cycle, now with wrecked wheels
Fingers graze, along the blue couch
Eyes on the seats, memories in a blur
All the happy times together
This couch alone , in the mind has stir
Often a getaway to the past

Is a deep cellar
An underground storage
Dusty, old, dark
