Unboxing, you get a 2A Samsung charger, a USB cable, a warranty card ( keep this close), Samsung earphones, quick start guide to help you get familiar with the device, regional lock guide & SAR certification information.

Samsung Galaxy A9 Pro is a 6-inch smartphone with an extensively powerful Li-Ion non-removable battery of 5000mAh. Galaxy A9 Pro comes installed with Marshmallow, the software update is available. It weighs 210gms which feels a little heavy in the hands. The 1080×1920 super Amoled screen with ~367ppi comes protected with Corning Gorilla Glass 4 on the back panel as well. The viewing angles are pretty great, the display colours remain intact even when viewing from odd angles. The screen display has 16M colours. The Smartphone is available in colours: pink, gold and white.

It has an octa-core CPU, Adreno 510 GPU and Snapdragon 652. Phone can handle multitasking really well with it’s 4GB RAM and an internal storage of 32GB. The storage can be expanded upto 256, thanks to the dedicated SDcard slot. The phone supports NFC that means you can share files with other phones that support NFC by just a simple tap.

The 6-inch phone has a screen-to-body ratio of ~75.9% and has a front mounted fingerprint scanner. It has sensors like accelerometer, compass and proximity.

At the bottom, you’ve the charging port, 3.5mm audio jack and speakers.

At the left hand side you’ve the volume buttons.

And a lock button on the right hand side of the Smartphone.

At the top, there’s the SIM slot. The phone has a Dual SIM support. Both the slots are 4G/LTE enabled.

The phone comes with a 16-megapixel rear camera and 8-megapixel front camera. It comes with features such as geo-tagging, touch focus, face detection, panorama, HDR ,sports mode, beautify for selfies and GIF.

The pro mode gives you the complete control of the camera, somewhat in a DSLR fashion. ISO, white balance, metering and exposure can be manually set.

As a photography enthusiast, the camera quality is really important to me.

These are some of the pictures I clicked with Samsung Galaxy A9 pro and am impressed ! The focus is pretty quick and the clarity is good too.
